What is Trekking?
When at home this activity is called backpacking. When you
find yourself halfway around the world, this traditional way of traveling long
distances on trails is called
Trekking. A trek is a journey. A journey through
a different country and culture. In the days of the British Raj, these treks
were a way to explore vast areas of previously unexplored territory and could
last months or even years.
Is trekking for me?
No Special degree of fitness is required and age is no barrier, except some
treks like Harishchandragad via Nalichi vaat or Shadhle ghat, Dhak Bahiri,
Alang, Madan, Aundha & Dhangad where extra care should be taken. So any one with
pair of legs and the spirit of adventure to explore the exotic will enjoy the

have a list of short, easy, and exotic treks and for the experience trekkers we
